Threads limits: characters, photos, videos
What a Threads post can hold, and how to fit an Instagram caption into it.

Fitting an Instagram caption
An Instagram caption is often 600 to 1,500 characters with a block of hashtags, so it does not fit. What works on Threads:
- Drop the hashtag block (one topic tag is the habit on Threads).
- Keep the hook and the list; cut the closing paragraph.
- End on a question: Threads is built for replies.
