The website

You may use pickthepost.com freely and lawfully. Do not try to break it, flood its forms, or scrape it at a scale that harms it. The Goldcote terms also apply.

Early access

Joining the list does not guarantee a place, a date or a price. pickthepost in early access is offered as it is, and it may change. Nothing is charged unless you choose a plan, with its own terms, before you pay.

Your content and your accounts

Your posts, photos and videos stay yours. pickthepost uses them only to publish them where and when you choose. You keep control of each account's access in its platform's settings, and you remain responsible for what you post and for following each platform's rules.

Platforms

Instagram, Facebook, Threads and Bluesky are run by their own companies, which may change or limit their services. pickthepost is not made or endorsed by them.

Liability

We do our best to post on time and to tell you when something fails. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, or for a platform refusing, delaying or removing a post.

Law

Swiss law applies.
