An account says "needs you"

Why an account stops working and how to fix it in a minute.

On Accounts, each account shows working or needs you. The robot checks every account once a day and before it matters, and Check tests one right now.

Needs you almost always means the key stopped working: the account's password was changed, access was withdrawn in the platform's settings, or (rarely) a key ran out. Press Reconnect on the account: you sign in on the platform's page again and the key is renewed. Step by step: Instagram, Facebook, Threads, Bluesky.

Instagram and Threads keys last 60 days and are renewed by the robot every week, so a working account does not run out.
