File limits for photos and videos
What each platform accepts, and what pickthepost checks before posting.
pickthepost checks every file against the platforms you picked as soon as you add it. If a file would be refused, it says which platform and why, before anything is sent.

Tip: a 1080 × 1350 JPEG (4:5) works everywhere and fills the most of an Instagram feed.

Use MP4 or MOV with H.264 video and AAC sound, 23 to 60 frames a second. A 1080 × 1920 MP4 from any phone or editor fits. One upload to pickthepost can be up to 95 MB.
