How your accounts are kept safe

Official APIs, no passwords, encrypted keys.

• Official APIs only. pickthepost never opens a browser, never logs in as you and never clicks for you. Platforms see an approved app, not a bot.
• No passwords. Instagram, Facebook and Threads are approved on Meta's own pages; Bluesky uses an app password you can delete at any time.
• Encrypted keys. Keys are stored encrypted (AES-256). The app never shows them, and they are never written to logs.
• You can cut access in one place. Withdraw pickthepost in the platform's settings, or delete the Bluesky app password: it stops at once.

The robot runs on Cloudflare. Its database is kept in Cloudflare's EU region. See the privacy notice for the website.
